New Faculty Spotlight: Cliff Harbour

Cliff Harbour

   Cliff Harbour joins the College of Education faculty this fall as an associate professor of adult learning and technology. Cliff's early teaching assignments include three courses: "Planning and Evaluation of Instructional Systems," "Community College," and "Issues in Higher Education."

   He holds an EdD in adult and community college education from North Carolina State University. Cliff's research interests include community college education, institutional accountability, and institutional ethics.

   Harbour chose the University of Wyoming for the next phase of his career for "the opportunity to work with a nationally regarded adult education and instructional technology program."
